Lightning Pick will demonstrate its flagship LP Pick-to-Light product working in conjunction with its LP RF Picking and LP Voice-Directed Picking systems. The Lightning Pick Management Console will direct representative host ERP/WMS order download data throughout light-directed, terminal-based RF and voice-directed picking areas.
One order picker will pick one order utilizing all three technologies. Lightning Pick supports multimodal picking environments by providing one best-of-breed solution, featuring a single host system interface, to manage a variety of paperless picking applications. Instead of applying a one-size-fits-all method to meet varying order volumes and requirements, distributors can now leverage the best tool for each unique process in their facility and also explore creative hybrid solutions to meet highly specialized order fulfillment requirements.
LP Dashboard
Lightning Pick will also introduce the LP Dashboard, an advanced Productivity Data Analytics Tool utilizing next generation graphical user interface to provide superior visibility and decision support. The Dashboard enables any executive, manager or supervisor to easily view pick rate productivity, accuracy, throughput and other vital statistics in their order fulfillment operation in a variety of high impact two and three dimensional chart and graph formats.
